1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

345bdt reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account where eligibility requirements are not met or where provided information is determined to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

3 Account Management and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 345bdt platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances held, and recovery of any withdrawals made as a result of multi-accounting.

You are solely and fully responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and OTP codes.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Ensuring that no third party accesses your account, including family members or friends.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 345bdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. There is no fee charged by 345bdt on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are generally credited to your 345bdt account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation.
• 345bdt does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests require a completed KYC verification on your account. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but will be unable to withdraw until verification is finalised.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• 345bdt reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process to satisfy anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• Processing times for withdrawals are typically 1 to 3 business days following approval, though mobile financial service withdrawals are often faster.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

345bdt may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, or other incentives to new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the offer-specific terms will prevail for that promotion only.

The following general bonus rules apply across all 345bdt promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded in Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be bet before Bonus Funds convert to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) will be stated in the offer terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or used in combination with other bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly permits this.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 345bdt are subject to the specific rules of the individual game or sports market. Game rules are available within each game lobby or betting market interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

• Sports betting: Odds are displayed in decimal format. 345bdt reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by data errors, system faults, or manifestly incorrect pricing. In-play betting markets may be suspended temporarily during high-risk periods (e.g., close of play, wickets in cricket).
• Casino and slot games: All outcomes are generated by certified random number generators (RNG). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are available in each game's information panel. 345bdt does not manipulate RNG outcomes.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 345bdt platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. 345bdt reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any of the following:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating or benefiting from more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing mistakes — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks via your payment provider after funds have been credited to your 345bdt account.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal or criminal activity. 345bdt takes anti-money-laundering obligations seriously and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to operate your account.

In cases of prohibited activity, 345bdt reserves the right to void all bets and transactions, forfeit any balance held in the account, and take legal action where appropriate.

In all cases, 345bdt's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
